Refund Policy.

At Leadmark we strive to create high quality services that you enjoy using for your business. We have created this Refund Policy that details what we will do should we fail to meet your expectations.

If at anytime during your first 14-day period of using TRAC you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. If you are not satisfied or if you just want to recall your application, we will gladly offer you a full refund for your payment.

Leadmark doesn’t force you into an annual subscription as a condition to use our services. We prefer to give you the flexibility to choose. In exchange for you signing up for an annual up-front commitment, we offer you a significant discount over the already-low monthly subscription fees. If at anytime during your first 30 days using our service you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a full refund for your purchase.

We want you to be happy with TRAC throughout the entire period of use, not only the first 15 or 30 days. So we go beyond that. If at anytime during your use of TRAC we remove, break or discontinue functionality that was available at the time you signed up for the service, we ask you to notify us immediately. If we fail to address it on a timely manner to your entire satisfaction, we will offer you a pro-rated refund for the reminder of your contract.

If you are still not satisfied after our efforts to satisfy your needs and you believe this to be attributable to Leadmark you may issue a refund request. Refund requests must include details that allow Leadmark to identify the transaction and process the request such as, the user’s email address used in the service application form, the date of the service application, the amount in question and the reason for the refund request. Requests with incomplete or inaccurate information will be disregarded.

Refunds beyond the 30-day period will only be granted when the initial service application is retired or significantly altered. Fees resulting from periodic / planned renewals are not considered for a refund. We will not entertain a request for a full or pro-rated refund when we have suspended or terminated your access to TRAC due to a violation of our Terms of Service. Also no full or partial refund will be granted for reducing user licences, inactive users or early termination for convenience.

By renewing your user license or adding new users, you agree that you’ve had a reasonable opportunity to review the service and signify to Leadmark that you accept or that your will take or retain the service in spite of its deviation from the original configuration. At that point any upgrade amounts paid as well as the original purchase amount are no longer eligible for a refund. Refund requests may take up to 5 days to process.
Refunds are not guaranteed. All refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of Leadmark in good faith on the basis of fair consideration.

Please note that by using the Service, you agreed to the Terms of Use including the Refund Policy. Refunds are only processed via the refund request form. Refund requests posted via payment disputes will be declined.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on these criteria, you may request a refund using the refund request form on the Web site. Only refund requests submitted using the refund request form are processed. Requests sent via email or other means will not be considered.

We reserve the right to change or modify the current refund policy with no prior notice.
