Quality management
A comprehensive and coordinated set of management activities and functions involved in determination of quality policy and its implementation through means such as quality planning and quality assurance

Quality management system (QMS)
A quality management system (QMS) is a set of policies, processes and procedures required for planning and execution (production/development/service) in the core business area of an organisation. ISO 9001:2015 is an example of a Quality Management System.

Quality of service
Quality of service is the description or measurement of the overall performance of a service. Typically it refers to the service quality as perceived by the service consumer.
