What happens when I sign up for a TRAC subscription?
When you sign up for TRAC the following actions take place within 24 hours.
1) A TRAC workspace will be set up and made available to you.
2) You will receive an email with your login credentials giving you access to your TRAC workspace.
3) You will receive an invoice for the number of users you have entered in the application form.
In case you have selected to pay via credit card your account will be credited automatically.
After completing the registration form you will be redirected to a confirmation page allowing you to sign up for a free introductory TRAC training class.
What subscription types can I choose from?
We offer a Professional and an Enterprise Edition Subscription. The Professional Edition is the standard version that can be ordered on the website. The Enterprise Edition is tailored to specific client needs and includes various service and support options.
What are the differences between these two subscription types?
The features and capabilities of the Professional Edition subscription are listed below. The Enterprise Edition subscription includes all that’s in the Professional Edition and can be extended with: Contract change control, Risk management, Satisfaction surveys and reporting, Custom process support and process customizations, additional reporting and dashboards, on-premise hosting, customized service and support levels and continuous system adaptation to changing business needs. What languages is TRAC available in?
TRAC is available in English.
Is my data safe?
Securing your data is core to our business. Our service is subject to European data protection laws and regulations including the EU Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC and of the Council of 24 October 1995 or the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (when it comes into effect on May 25, 2018). See also our Privacy Policy.
Where is my data kept?
All data stored in TRAC is kept on servers in data centres located in the Netherlands. Our facilities feature stringent 24/7/365 security with video monitoring, biometric access and advanced fire/flood/theft monitoring systems. Our robust network security system employs the latest encryption and intrusion detection/prevention technologies. See also our Security Policy.
Can I change user volumes anytime?
Absolutely. TRAC is a pay-as-you-go service, so you can increase or reduce the number of users in your subscription at any time.
Do I have to provide payment information up front?
Not at all. We do need your credit card information when you sign up for TRAC. You can choose to pay via direct debit or bank transfer. Only if you subscribe to a monthly plan we need you to pay by credit card to keep administrative costs low.
What types of payment methods do you support?
We accept credit card payment via Visa, MasterCard and American Express. SEPA Direct Debit payments are supported for customers located in SEPA countries with quarterly, half yearly or yearly subscription plans. For half yearly and yearly plans we also support off line payments allowing you to pay through a bank transfer on your own schedule.
Do you store my payment details?
No we do not. We use Zoho Subscriptions (www.zoho.eu/subscriptions) to manage the TRAC subscriptions and invoicing. Your payment details however are sent directly via secure SSL connection to our payment processors Stripe (www.stripe.com) for credit cards and GoCardLess (www.gocardless.com) for direct debits. We do not store your card information in our servers.
What if I regret the order?

Do I have to sign a long term contract?
TRAC is a pay-as-you-go subscription service and is not contract-based. Professional Edition subscription terms are monthly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly. You may change or terminate your subscription any time you want.
What happens when I terminate my subscription?
When you terminate your subscription you will not lose your data, you will just lose access to them. You can continue using them when you activate your subscription again. When the subscription is terminated we will inform you of our schedule to delete the data and workspace you have been using. This will typically happen 60 days after termination of the subscription.
What problem does TRAC solve?
TRAC is a web-based platform designed to manage all information in the run stage of sourced services and service provider relationships.It helps you to manage and direct service provider relationships more effectively. It frees you of large amounts of emails, spreadsheets and isolated applications and thereby ensures that sourcing initiatives remain under control whilst reducing risks and, diminishing administrative and failure costs.

The Professional Edition is € 25,- (ex. VAT) per user / per month when paid annually. When paid monthly, quarterly or half yearly the price is € 30,- (ex. VAT) per user / per month. The price for the Enterprise Edition is available on request and is dependent on client specific functionalities, services and support options.
